Iiii thought I'd replied to this but I guess it did not send. :P Okay, let me try and remember.
Going with the definition of "don't take too much" for a passable day, because that can vary kind of wildly between bad days, okay days, and good days -- like, spaghetti and meat is not "too much" on a good day, but even putting together a sandwich can be too much on a bad one, so I'm hitting middle-of-the-road here.
- Corned beef sandwich on a roll. I don't actually get this often cause I hate how much corned beef costs, but unlike most sandwich meat I will never, ever get tired of it. - Grilled cheese. (Slightly on the higher end of effort compared to a lot of this, but one of the easiest 'cooking' foods for me.) - Crackers with butter and grape jelly. - Rice cakes with tomato, mozzarella, and basil. - This is cheating a little bit, because it does require something complicated to have been made, but if there is good spaghetti sauce around -- preferably homemade, which is why it's cheating, but Barilla-brand is acceptable for store-bought -- then buttered bread dipped in spaghetti sauce is the best.
