Iiii am having trouble thinking of anything directly related that is not me hating on Florida. XD

However, from a sideways perspective! We have blackout curtains over both our bedroom and office windows upstairs. This is about 90% because of my partner's eyes, which do not like light a lot of the time, but as somebody who worked nights for two years and had to sleep in the brightest room of the house and now still ends up regularly nocturnal, I have developed a strong appreciation for them.

I love blackout curtains so I understand! Sweden is damn bright during the summer months, with maybe 2 hours of relative darkness at its worst, where I live. And it's so difficult to sleep when the room isn't dark! (On the other hand, we get maybe a couple of hours of daylight (usually just greyness) during winter.)
