Dear Chocolatier,

Thank you for making me something! (Or considering it, if you're a potential treater!) I have a lot of likes and prompt ideas following, but please don't feel constrained by what's here (besides DNWs). Everything I've requested are things I'd absolutely love to see anything for, so if you have something in mind, please go ahead and make the thing you're thinking of.

There is a lot of overlap in my ships this year, and I happened to get sick during sign-ups, so instead of individual ship prompts, I've provided some general prompts for each fandom. If you're looking for help or inspiration, hopefully something here will give you a nudge. Some are big prompts, especially given the minimums for this exchange -- while longer stories are loved, please know that I am also happy for a brief scene from a story or AU set-up, if one of them interest you and you'd like to go that way.

All requests are for fic and art! If you are here for art: I've tried to give some likes and some prompts for you, but I know very little about art, so I very much hope they're helpful and apologize profusely if they aren't. On the other hand, I can't do visual art to save my life, so I am always excited to receive art for ships I love. Prompts that are specifically intended to be artist-friendly are noted to make them easier to find, but if you're inspired to do a moment from or something related to other prompts, that'd also be great!

Hannibal (TV)
If this wasn't obvious from my choice of tags: I love Abigail Hobbs. She is one of my all-time favorite characters. I love her fear, her struggle for control and to survive, her choice to trust the absolute worst person, the way she ends up lost in a situation too big and too dangerous for her. She is flawed and struggling and I adore her. I want her to have as many good things as possible, and also I want terrible things to continue to happen to her. Feel free to pile on the manipulation in any suitable direction if that's how you want to go; there's a lot of potential for messiness in pretty much any scenario Abigail gets involved with, and I'm good with anything from sweet and cute to very fucked up. Besides Abigail, some things I love about Hannibal is the almost dreamy, surreal tone this show can take, and the layers present in so many shots and conversations.

Clarification for the violence/gore DNW: In fic, I'm happy for mentions of dead bodies, murder displays, etc, going on, but would prefer no detailed descriptions of these things. Cannibalism is no problem. In art, blood, healed scars, and food or ingredients that are contextually implied to be human but don't look it -- e.g., Hannibal with a finished dish is fine, just not carving into someone's arm -- but please no open wounds, dead bodies, or murders on display.

Prompts

Bed-sharing, with a highlight on the vulnerability of the situation. Nightmares, walls coming down when very tired or just waking up, secrets or discussions of things that are hard to talk about otherwise in the dark, sad moments, scared moments, physical pain, or any other way you want to go with this.
Time loops! There are a lot of Big Moments around this show and around Abigail generally that could be interesting, depending on characters chosen -- the death of Garret Jacob Hobbs, the night Nicolas Boyle died, faking her death, the night she actually dies, even things like Beverly's death or the dinner in 1x04, depending on which ship you're here for.
Abigail decides to get her power back by experimenting with dominance and submission. Either direction is fine for me with most of these, and either part-time or a 24/7 arrangement, unless with Hannibal, where I'd prefer no 24/7 with sub!Abigail. (Playing in that direction is fine, just not full-time.)
Outsider POV! Reactions to the age gap present in most of these, something where Abigail never dies or disappears and a relationship comes out, or where she and [partner of your choice] do disappear and we see what people where they land think of them, people who don't know they're together trying to interpret their dynamic, etc.
After Abigail dies, [preferred partner] is the only person who can see her as a ghost.
Hobbs isn't caught, and an older Abigail who hasn't been able to leave him meets [preferred partner] a few years later. I'd really love some manipulation on her part, successful or not, seeing whoever it is as her best way out of the situation, but something a little softer where they genuinely see how trapped she is and help her without needing to be manipulated would also be interesting!
In a totally different direction, I have a strong desire for Abigail as a killer or vigilante -- especially one who's very grey, but does have reason for anyone she attacks/kills. Maybe [preferred partner] somehow gets caught up with investigating/profiling/writing about her crimes? (Feel free to go full superhero AU for this if you'd like, but more in the tone of the show's weird killings would also be excellent!)
For art especially -- washing or cleaning each other, especially hands/arms or feet. This could go sweet and domestic, or be after something dangerous or awful, or whatever you want!
For art especially -- I absolutely love Abigail's moments of intense physical contact, like the hand-touching with Will in 1x12, or the way Hannibal touches her in the 3x12 flashbacks. I'd love to see anything with that intimate energy for any of these ships -- face-touching, significant hand touching, pressing up against someone in that back-to-chest way that so often signals bad things happening to her. Kisses that mirror any of this kind of contact would also be great.
For art especially -- given the show, and the potential for issues around food, something with food or cooking would be really interesting! Whether it's comfortable, tense and concerned, cooking together or one watching the other cook, etc.

Oxventure: Blades in the Dark
This show! I've loved the original Oxventure show since I first started watching at the end of 2019, but Blades just stole my heart from the very beginning. The setting and tone are slightly more in tune with my general preferences, I love all the characters and the dynamics forming between the group, every new two-person episode seems to give me a new ship, and the bits of story that coalesced by the end of phase two have got me hooked and waiting for more. Chaos and criminal activity would be awesome, but so would domestic downtime, delving into backstory, or any other kind of quieter moment than a heist normally allows for!

Prompts

First times and realizing feelings! I feel like with any ship in this group -- and especially with the poly version -- there's still a foundation that needs to be built there, so early days would be great. Developing emotions and interests, confessions, first kisses, first dates, I'd just love to see the early stages all over the place.
Weird magic stuff! I love the idea of the research into where magic has gone ending up leading to one or more of them getting messed around by magical artifacts or something. Magical bonding, truth serum leads to get-together, something entirely random -- just make weird things happen!
Romantic customs are a little different where Lilith is from, and it leads to misunderstandings.
Reincarnation! Either finding each other again in a future life, or finding out that they have a past life history together. (Maybe as the original Oxventurers, or something/someone related to back then?)
Most of them seem to come from fairly different backgrounds and social areas of Volisport -- how does anyone's existing friends or family react to their new partner(s)? For that matter, how do they explain how they met in situations where 'we do crimes together' isn't a suitable option?
Darkfic, whether AU or not. The darker things they've done have so far been played for more humor, but I'd love to see something that goes all-in on the worst things these characters are capable of. Serial killer or otherwise even less moral AUs, putting them in a desperate position and letting them do awful things to get out, in defense of/to save each other -- however you want to get them there!
Romance as social stealth! Pretending to date for a score turns to real feelings, kissing in order to look innocent becomes genuine, etc -- any 'our cover story is we're dating/married' trope you can use in the pursuit of social stealth! (Probably works better for two-person pairs, but for a poly twist, two of them starting to find their own dynamic within an establish larger group relationship through this could also be interesting!)
Things Edvard has invented for his partner(s) as a way of showing he cares. (This could also be really interesting as art -- either just the objects themselves, or the partner using them!)
For art especially -- patching each other up/comfort scenarios! In addition to any kind of after-the-score set-up, I also really love the image of Kasimir coming to trust any of the others enough to help him with his knee.
For art especially -- domestic nights or moments in the townhouse! Reading together, cooking or eating, sharing a bed, cleaning, whatever you'd like!

Oxventure: Dungeons & Dragons
This show has been a comfort show for me over the last two years; almost every episode has me laughing so hard it just about hurts, but despite how funny it is, the characters and the dynamics are also great, and the heartfelt moments always hit me square in the chest. I love the humor of the show, but I'm also happy with something that's less silly or quieter than canon -- I find it really hard to match the chaos of D&D in a fic, so don't feel like you have to, in fic or art! I'm in love with this group at this point, and I'd be happy with them doing anything.

Prompts

More of one of the group getting captured and the others having to rescue them! Or of sentimental reunions -- whether after one of the other get captured, or a more serious one for Egbert.
Since watching them adopt NPCs is so much fun -- the Oxventurers somehow acquire a child. (Whether one [or a pair] of them has an actual child, or they just somehow find an orphaned baby along the way.) How does that go, how do opinions on parenting vary, how screwed is that child, and how likely is it that child just ends up spending most of their time at Necropolis-on-Sea (if they manage to reclaim it) with Bizmuth in the end?
Mistaken for dating leads to recognizing existing feelings for each other.
They manage to finally get through to Dob and get him to stop his marriage to Katie... the day of/day before the wedding, and why waste a wedding? Something sweet would be lovely here, like an established relationship getting married or a declaration between the five leading to a poly group wedding -- but so would something silly like, everything's non-refundably paid for so Corazon declares somebody's getting married today no matter what, and whoops, now I have feelings watching you walk down the aisle.
Prudence as the devil on everybody's shoulder. Being pleased when they do morally grey things, encouraging them to do so, etc.
We already have one setting AU with the two Lasers & Feelings episodes, both of which I really loved. I'd love to see moments out of other setting changes or AUs as well. Urban fantasy, superhero, steampunk, rule 63, daemons, or just a different kind of space AU, maybe where they keep their original species -- or anything else! (This could be a lot of fun as art as well!)
Alternately, the Oxventurers trip into another genre/setting of story while fully, 100% aware that this is not how things usually go for them. Whether crack ("Is it just me, or did we all sprout wings overnight?", D&D group somehow transported to modern day setting, etc) or seriously getting in over their head (can't skip the death gauntlet this time and everything's going wrong, fall into some Ravenloft-esque horror setting, etc).
For art especially -- they finally get to go to a pub/have a picnic without some adventure starting!
For art especially -- badass moments and poses together! Back-to-back fight poses, casually kissing while pulling a weapon/grabbing a musical instrument/warming up the Eldritch Blast, etc.
For art especially -- gift-giving! A focus on the giving or a focus on the actual gifts would both be appreciated!

The Umbrella Academy
I love how dysfunctional the relationships between the Hargreeves is, and how they keep coming together as a family and caring about each other anyway. Whether they're continuing to be a mess together or trying to be less of one, it's this dynamic between all of them that really keeps me coming back to this show. It's also part of why there's more or less no combination that I can't ship between them all -- pretty much every combination would be really interesting to me! I like the idea of that complicated mess including all sorts of romantic tension, so if you feel the urge to include nods to other ships I've requested or even put more than one in, that's fine with me.

While I still love this show a lot, in general I preferred season one and tend to write prompts thinking more towards pre-show or some nebulous post-fixing-the-apocalypse that doesn't necessarily take S2's events or cliffhanger into consideration. I am still happy something in or after S2 as well! I just don't have a lot of ideas for it.

Instead of everyone going off in separate directions, some of the siblings leave home together, or end up finding each other shortly after leaving and sticking together.
Instead of falling into the past scattered, some of them land together (whether in 60s Dallas, or elsewhere). One thing I'd really love to see here is the uncertainty of not knowing where the rest of the family is or if they're okay, and that driving whoever is together closer or even making them more desperate to stay together. (This could also be a fun setup for a ship playing fake married/fake relationship for some reason!)
One or both of the ship meet their doubles in Sparrow Academy verse, and it turns out they're dating/married/exes in that world. Finding out stirs up feelings, whether they were already aware of their existence or not.
[Requested ship] experimented with each other as teenagers, and meeting up again as adults stirs those feelings up again.
Something weird happens and there's a temporary powerswap. (Between all the siblings, between the two members of the ship, or between one of the members of the ship and another sibling are all good!) Any kind of helping to adjust and figure out how to use their new ability while they're stuck with it would be great. For specific siblings: I'd love to see a ship with Ben that starts when someone gets Klaus' powers for a while, or Allison asking someone who ended up with her rumors to use them on her to see what it's like.
There is so much potential for soulmate mark AUs in this fandom. If they come in before adulthood/leaving home, how does that affect their growing up or the family dynamics? If they come in after they've split, who's willing to go seek out the other? If they get names, do they get each other's numbers or real names, and how does anyone feel about it, either way? If it's images/representational, I love details and symbolism in marks (this would be awesome as art as well!) -- is it easy to figure out who it is? Is there any representation of the Academy/powers, and does that make the person who has it or is represented by it uncomfortable?
I feel like most of them would be the type to have moments of "you're really good at that, and that's really hot" with a chosen partner -- so what sparks that feeling, in either half of [ship]? Something dangerous, a show of intelligence, maybe something completely unexpected?
Dramatic rescues or post-rescue hurt/comfort, whether as teens still in the Academy or as adults. I'd also be really pleased with this as an art prompt specifically!
For art especially -- show me what date night looks like for [ship]!
For art especially -- tokens and gestures of affection given during their teenage years, when they couldn't necessarily be open about it. I'm thinking along the lines of Allison's locket, but they don't necessarily have to be something bought specially, or even items! Maybe doing something nice for each other, maybe making something or taking something from a crime scene?
